Our anchor product, CallXpress Voice Mail/Unified Messaging System is an AVST product. 

Newcastle Communications uses a variety of IVR system tools to develop and write custom IVR applications.  The tools we select are dependent on the client application.  We have designed simple locator programs (Jennifer Convertibles), complex health care record tracking system with web access (Touchstone Health).

Our Fax Server applications can be equally as simple or complex using Fax Server systems from Captaris, Inc.  Please see attached sheets describing more system applications that Newcastle Communications has developed. 

Wireless services are relatively new to the U.S. market place.  The wireless server software Newcastle Communications has chosen is from Infinite Mobile Delivery (and was recently purchased by Captaris).  Infinite Mobile Delivery has a huge presence in Europe and is the sole system used by British Telecom.  Here in the United States, AT&T uses Infinite Mobile Delivery for all their wireless users.  What Infinite Wireless Server Software does is simply provide e-mail delivery to any WAP enabled device – virtually all cell phones and the new cell phone palm and PC devices.  One can read or answer all e-mails and access their corporate calendar in “real time”.  You can also access any company database, such as customer names and phone numbers, credit lines, shipping dates etc.  It’s up to the user as to what information employees should have wireless access to when they are in the field. 

In the Call Management arena we carry MTS Integratrak and the CTI Data Solutions systems for on-site Call Accounting systems.  For Service Bureau applications we work with Comview. 

Last but not least, the Speech Recognition platforms that we provide are from Philips and AVST.  These are typically used by large organizations as both Auto Attendant and in house employee directory systems.  Simply say a persons name or a department and the call is transferred.  No need to use a dial by name directory.  Speech Recognition also facilitates “live locate” option and much…much more for the mobile professional.  We have also developed speech recognition IVR programming for a large Union among others.
